Power & Resistance is right. I take the most breaks during these drills. Between belt kicks which really work the glutes and quads and the hit-the-floors which make me literally want to hit the floor... I'm spitting sweat all over the place.
I've noticed an improvement in hurdle jumps during this particular workout. I think it'll prepare me for improving my switch kicks during the next Fit Test.
Heart Rate monitor says I was up to 198 bmp. It definitely felt like it!
