Heart Rate Monitoring - Plyometrics

Holy cow! I knew Plyometrics was my favorite workout because it was intense, but I had no idea how intense it can really get! According to my heart rate monitor, the plyo workout results were astounding.

Average heart rate: 171 bpm
Maximum heart rate: 203 bpm
